D’Leonia started in craft and fashion since 1998. D’Leonia began focusing only on craft and fashion in general, such as sewing, embroidering, knitting, and others. Back in 2011, D’Leonia started to be fostered by DKUMKMP ( Disperindagkop ) and now is being fostered by Bank Indonesia Balikpapan. D’Leonia began to innovate by modifying knits, lace and beads for rattan bags and accessories after received various trainings related to typical borneo handicraft, especially those of East Kalimantan in 2012 and 2013. Until now, D’Leonia is developing using other material media such us pandanus, purun, and mending and also continue to innovate with Decoupage and Sospeso transparante methods. D’Leonia has started adding products by producing fabrics batik motives since 2018, which will be followed by the production of printed and hand – written batik.
