S'Best Kitchen has been established since 2018, with the mainstay products Amplang mackerel and Mackerel Sticks. Our main frozen food product is Pempek S'Best mackerel. Mackerel Amplang and Mackerel Stick products have obtained PIRT, Halal, and SKP/GMP distribution permits. For pempek mackerel, they have obtained a Halal distribution permit, SKP/GMP and BPOM MD. The production capacity for Amplang mackerel and Tengggiri Stick is 4 tons per month. For Pempek mackerel, the production capacity is 400 kg / month.
